This hand made item is a unique and one-of-a-kind creation that is final sale. While no refunds are available, we are confident in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that your item is defective upon receipt, please contact us at zaribling@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
Handmade items have a turn around time of 1-2 weeks, if you would like a rush order there is an additional $40 rush fee required. Please understand that processing time is not with shipping time.
